2687 Montrose Place

Tucked beneath old oaks on a quiet Mission Canyon street, this home was rebuilt down to the studs, with wide-plank French oak floors, vaulted ceilings, and ocean and island views from virtually every public space and the primary suite.
Step through the Dutch door into an open kitchen, dining, and living room beneath timber-beam ceilings. Marble wraps the island, custom white cabinetry lines the walls, and a farmhouse sink sits beneath steel-framed windows overlooking the garden. Pull back the accordion glass wall and the flagstone patio becomes part of the living space--fireplace lit, table set, with the ocean and islands beyond and the mountains rising behind.
The primary suite sits apart, opening onto a private backyard patio and taking in the same ocean and island views.
