This Classic Spanish Colonial Revival home designed by architect Joseph J. Plunkett in 1929 has remained largely unchanged since then. The original owners of the home lived there for 50 years, and was a favorite of Miss Pearl Chase. The Andalusian-style house is situated on a property that used to be a citrus orchard, now resting on just under an acre with a perfect northern mountain view. The Design and signature details found here can also be found in many of Plunkett's most cherished landmarks; The Arlington Theatre, The Santa Barbara Airport and El Presidio Building such as his wide arched windows, heavy beamed ceilings, balconies and elegant exterior staircases.
